Book the Data Observatory (External)
The Data Observatory offers an opportunity for external visitors, partners, and organisations unaffiliated with Imperial to utilise the space for meetings, tours, educational visits and other engagement activities.
For external partners or organisations wanting to organise events at the Data Observatory please contact dsiboardroom@imperial.ac.uk and gdobookings@imperial.ac.uk.
Anyone wanting to book the space should fill out the Data Observatory Booking Form and read and sign the DO Booking Guidelines.
You can find more information and details about the visualisation case studies we offer here.
Please note:
- Bookings for the DO should be made 10 working days in advance as technical support needs to be arranged.
- We aim to respond to all inquiries within 48 hours, confirming the availability of the space and of our internal staff for technical support.
- Please note that preferential access to the Data Observatory is given to the Fellows of the institute. See DSI Academic Fellows or DSI Affiliate Fellows for more information on our fellowship scheme.
- If you are an academic who has a visualisation already uploaded on the system, you will be able to access and present it using the touchscreen in the DO.
