Overview

Caring is a unique role that comes with its benefits and challenges. The need to support carers has never been so apparent and calls for developing deliberate coping strategies. This 1-hour talk discusses the early signs of burnout for people with caring responsibilities and some coping strategies and creates a safe space for sharing lived experiences.  

This webinar focuses on evidence-based strategies from Positive Psychology for navigating the challenges of caring responsibilities, such as recognising signs of burnout, exercising self-help, developing resilience, practising practical strategies for better mental health, and practical tips on becoming emotionally resilient.
