Once your Nimbus Process Author licence has been activated, you will receive an email from the supplier company (Tibco) with your author password.
Process authors use the Nimbus author Client in order to create and edit process diagrams. This is accessed via a separate URL and password to the web front end and also requires the Citrix Workspace app to be downloaded to your computer. Follow the instructions below to access the author client.
Download Citrix Workspace (you only need to do this the first time)
- Go to: https://www.citrix.com/products/receiver.html and download the most recent version of the product named Citrix Workflow for Windows (or Mac, if applicable)
- Follow the installation instructions
- If prompted to enter a user account, ignore this and click on the ‘Finish’ button.
Log in via the Nimbus Author Client
- Go to: http://client.nimbus-cloud.com/
- Log in using your College Username and your Nimbus Password (this is emailed to you by Tibco when your account is set up).
- Click on Nimbus Author Client, to launch the process mapping tool.
Managing your author password
You will be prompted occasionally to reset your Nimbus author client password. If you forget your password, you can request a password reset via our online password reset form.
