Eligibility criteria
You are eligible to receive the scholarship if you are:- 25 or under on 1 September 2024
- a statutory care leaver or estranged from your family
- holding an offer from Imperial College London to start your first undergraduate degree in the academic year 2024-25
- eligible for UK home fee status
Please note: This scholarship is not available to continuing students.
Application process
The Unite Foundation will administer the application process. Please fill out the online application form by 23:59 on 14 June 2024 . You will be asked to provide evidence of your status as a care leaver or estranged young person. Please consult the application guidance for more information about how to do this. You will be notified if you have been successful in your application on 4 July 2024.

Additional information
The scholarship will provide year-round accommodation in Imperial-owned halls for the duration of your programme. Please apply for a place in one of Imperial’s first year halls via Accommodation Hub (AccHub) before 19 July as normal (you will receive the outcome of your Unite Foundation scholarship application on 4 July). You will be provided with further information about your accommodation options from year 2 onwards if you are successful in the application.
Please note: The standard length of a Unite Foundation Scholarship is 3 years and is advertised as such in the Foundation's materials. As an Imperial student you will receive free accommodation for up to 4 years to cover the full length of your degree programme.
