The ROMBA Fellowship offers a financial award of £20,000. Fellows will also receive access to exclusive leadership and networking opportunities, including a fellowship leadership retreat in North America (July 2025), complimentary registration for ROMBA events, and a travel stipend for attending the leadership retreat.

Eligibility criteria
To be considered for a fellowship, applicants will demonstrate a track record of leadership in the LGBTQ+ community as well as a commitment to ROMBA’s mission to lead the way to equality in business education, in the workplace and throughout society. Applicants will also require professional references.
The strength of the application, interview, and professional experience to date will also be considered.
Please note: This scholarship is not available to continuing students.
Application process
Candidates who submit their application for the Full-Time MBA in admission rounds one to two and receive an offer can apply for this scholarship.
If you receive an offer, your offer email will include details about the required video assessment.
Successful scholarship recipients will be notified the week commencing 5 May.

As a ROMBA Fellow, you’ll receive financial support along with access to unique opportunities, including a fellowship leadership retreat, complimentary registration for ROMBA events, and exclusive networking and professional development resources. Additionally, we provide a travel stipend to attend the fellowship leadership retreat North America in July 2025.
Recipients of this award will also take on a leadership role within the LGBTQ+ Careers Club and represent the School as part of the Student Ambassador Scheme. In this capacity, you’ll actively promote LGBTQ+ participation in MBA education and advocate for equality within the Imperial community and beyond.
