My Research: My research explores how to incentivize data sharing and its applications in sustainability, such as energy management.
Why I applied for this particular SPP role: During my PhD, I realized that many students, while deeply focused on their research, often miss out on understanding what’s happening in academia and industry. This inspired me to take on this role to provide valuable resources and help bridge that gap.
Why I think professional development training is important: Career planning is crucial for PhD students. They need access to diverse resources to make informed decisions about their future. Professional development training not only improves their job prospects but also equips them for lifelong learning.
