Visa Compliance Team
The Visa Compliance Team is responsible for ensuring that the University maintains it's student visa sponsor status with United Kingdom Visas and Immigration (UKVI). In order to achieve this the team is responsible for implementing and overseeing student visa policy and procedures at the University. In addition, the team undertakes a number of visa compliance tasks including: right to study checks, reporting changes of status to UKVI, ensuring the University meets UKVI record-keeping requirements and overseeing attendance monitoring of student visa holders.
