The College has a duty of care to protect the health, safety and welfare of its staff. This includes:
- Risk assessments to identify and address any risks that may occur
- Information about the risks in your workplace and training on dealing with the risks
- Consultation with the College Trade Unions on Health and Safety issues.
Obtaining assistance
You first should speak to you manager about any concerns you have and you may wish to seek advice from one of our Health & Safety representative, listed above, in the first instance.
If you believe that your manager has not addressed your concerns, please contact one of our representatives who will resolve the issue with management on your behalf.
