FAQs

How do I use the My Training catalogue?

The College's ‘My Training’ application allows College employees to enrol for internal training opportunities at the click of a button, without the need to complete their details on a booking form. Staff are also able to view their learning history - a list of all the Imperial training courses they have previously attended. ‘My training’ is accessible by logging directly into ICIS or via the websites of training providers.

If a workshop is fully booked, you can be added to the waiting list by submitting the online booking form for NHS staff and all others. We will email you if a place becomes available.

Workshops are free of charge for staff of Imperial College London and generally for those NHS staff and others who teach Imperial College students.

We do accept external bookings but only when places are available and we must always give preference to College employees and those teaching Imperial College students.
