- Shamash Alidina
Shamash Alidina has been practising mindfulness since 1998 and teaching Acceptance and Commitment Therapy/Training for a long time. He runs his own successful training organisation and is the internationally bestselling author of 10 books, including Mindfulness for Dummies and The Mindful Way Through Stress.
Shamash co-founded the world's first Museum of Happiness in London, now run full-time by his friend and co-founder Vicky Johnson.

- Dr John Barry
John Barry is a Chartered Psychologist and Associate Fellow of the British Psychological Society (BPS), Honorary Lecturer in Psychology at University College London, clinical hypnotherapist and author of around 70 peer-reviewed publications on psychology and health, including several on men's mental health. John is co-editor of the highly successful Palgrave Handbook of Male Psychology and Mental Health (2019) and co-authored the BPS textbook Perspectives in Male Psychology: An Introduction (Liddon & Barry, 2021).
John is a former Chair of the Male Psychology Section of the BPS and previously the first Honorary Secretary of the Male Psychology Section. He is also co-founder of the Centre for Male Psychology. John's interest is not only in male psychology; his PhD was on the Psychological Aspects of Polycystic Ovary Syndrome, also the title of his book, published by Palgrave Macmillan (2019) and translated into German in 2023.
- Caroline Broad
Caroline gained twenty years of experience facilitating teams and delivering personal and professional skills training in bioscience, hi-tech and nonprofit education. Caroline loves working with people with a depth of knowledge and a passion for their work.
She starts with the assumption that everyone is naturally resourceful and capable. She delivers value by developing an individual's self-awareness alongside an introduction to tools and theories that are directly applicable to their roles.
Caroline is committed to supporting individuals and teams in maintaining their wellbeing because she believes nothing is more important than taking care of your health and that it creates the foundation to be productive and our most creative, communicative and innovative selves. Caroline is a certified practitioner in Neuro Linguistic Programming (NLP) and Belbin Team Roles.
She is a Co-active coach and Resilient Leaders Elements and C-Me profiling accredited. Caroline facilitates an Action for Happiness Happy Café in her hometown of Ely, Cambridgeshire and delivers the Exploring What Matters course focusing on wellbeing and resilience. - Matthew Critchlow
Matthew Critchlow, PhD, is Managing Director of Kirros Consulting (www.kirros.com), Visiting Lecturer at the University of Westminster and a board member of the Workplace Wellbeing Association (WWA) (www.wwaeurope.com). He has over 18 years of experience designing and running programmes to enhance individual, team and organisational performance. He previously worked in the pharmaceutical industry, mainly for Eli Lilly & Co, in sales management, marketing, market research and management consultancy roles.
Matthew holds a BSc (Hons.) in Zoology, a PhD in Developmental Biology, a Diploma in Psychotherapy (LCCH/University of Greenwich) and is an NLP Master Practitioner. He is a member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (CIPD) and the Institute of Directors (IoD). He has gained accreditation to use several psychometric tools, including the Emotional Quotient Inventory (EQ-i), Facet5 and the RQi™, for which he serves as Director of the RQi™ Resilience Programme.

- Andrea Giraldez-Hayes, PhD
Andrea is an academic, chartered psychologist and registered psychotherapist. Between 2018 and 2023, she was the Programme Director for the MSc in Applied Positive Psychology and Coaching Psychology at UEL. She is currently a visiting fellow at the Centre of Positive Psychology at Buckinghamshire New University, a role that she combines with research, writing projects and private practice.

Marie is the founder of ThriveAbility and the How to Thrive programme, creator of the BEACON framework™️, mental health specialist, keynote speaker, coach and positive psychotherapist as seen in the "How to Thrive" film. She is qualified in social work, positive psychology, and adult education, yet, like most of us, she has struggled at times.
These struggles led to the creation of the How to Thrive programme.

- Dr Charlotte Paton
"I studied medicine at the University of Newcastle upon Tyne, qualifying in 2011. Following my Foundation Training, I obtained a training post in Obstetrics and Gynaecology. After a couple of years in this training post, I decided to transfer to General Practice training. This has enabled me to provide women's health and sexual health care to patients in the community, which is my passion. Whilst living in the North East and practising as a GP, I worked as a speciality doctor in sexual health at New Croft sexual health clinic in Newcastle. I relocated to Cornwall in September 2021 to be nearer to my family. I work in three different job roles, which include as an NHS GP focusing on women's health, a GP working in a cancer diagnosis service at Derriford Hospital in Plymouth and my women's health role at St. Erme Medical.
I have several postgraduate qualifications in women's health, including the Faculty of Sexual and Reproductive Health diploma, the Royal College of Obstetricians and Gynaecologists' diploma, certificates in contraceptive implant and coil fitting, and postgraduate training and qualifications in menopause care. I have also gained clinical experience caring for transgender patients in the Northern Gender Dysphoria Service. I have conducted numerous educational sessions with health professionals and lay people in Cornwall, Devon and the North East."

Ian Pettigrew founded Kingfisher Coaching in 2009 to help leaders get the best of themselves and others through leadership development and individual coaching. Ian's approach is rooted in Positive Psychology and driven by a simple desire to help people be more of who they already are and appreciate others for who they are. He is passionate about evidence-based practice, with research interests in strengths and hope. He is a regular speaker at conferences and was named by HR Magazine as one of HR's Most Influential Thinkers. He is a Gallup-certified strengths coach and a Fellow member of the Association for Coaching.
He has recently stepped down as a Trustee/Board lead for People and Culture at Hope for Justice (a global anti-slavery charity). Ian also founded Connecting HR for Justice, a skills-based volunteering initiative in Uganda and Ethiopia, and co-founded Connecting HR Manchester.

Laura is also a Suicide First Aid Trainer, MHFA England Mental Health First Aid learning facilitator, and Health Management specialist, known for her community work in this field.

Andrew has been a freelance facilitator and coach for over thirty years, working with blue-chip commercial organisations, universities, SMEs and third-sector organisations. For the last 20 years, he has been mainly in demand in the HE sector, working with academics and professional service staff from more than 30 universities across the UK.
He works in various ways to generate effective learning that has practical applications.This ranges from one-to-one coaching to working with teams or groups through specifically designed team events, training workshops on specific skills, interventions to address conflict, and facilitating meetings at a strategic level.
Andrew's work is informed by Nancy Kline's Thinking Environment (he is qualified as a Consultant with Kline's Time to Think organisation) and his own Shifting Stories approach outlined in his book of that title, as well as a substantial body of research-informed tools, models and theories. - Amanda Super
