Overview:
This workshop will provide a practical introduction to the principles and skills of effective project planning. It will take participants through the project's life cycle, from initiation to completion and evaluation.
By the end of this course, participants will have reviewed the core elements of a project plan and applied them to a simple project.
Further Information:
- Catering: Light refreshments on arrival and at mid-course break for in-person courses.
- Break: There will be a 15-minute break halfway through the course.
- Preparation: Delegates are asked to bring with them an example of a current project they are working on or a previous example if they do not have a current one.
- Style: Interactive and participative, with a mixture of trainer input and group activities.
