Overview:

This course aims to equip participants with the skills and insights needed to effectively prepare for and engage in their Annual Review Conversations (ARC). In this interactive session, you will learn the core principles of ARC and understand how to get the most out of it.

  • Break: There will be a 10-minute break halfway through the course.
  • Preparation: Delegates are asked to bring with them any questions they may have about the ARC process.
  • Style: Interactive and participative, with a mixture of trainer input and individual and group activities.
