- Stay connected – find solid and supportive relationships and develop your network.
- Think about your purpose – what’s that one daily thing that will fuel your sense of achievement?
- Practice gratitude – every day, list three things you are grateful for.
- Notice your emotions. When you start feeling negative and cranky, check what’s behind it, acknowledge it, and see if anything can help you balance it out.
