Eligibility criteria

APplications for the intercalated BSc degrees are completed online:

Internal applicants

Students on the course primarily come from the Imperial College MBBS (Year 4). Applications are completed via blackboard.

External applicants

Students who are external to the College should apply online.

The main eligibility requirements for undertaking an intercalated BSc at Imperial are that you:

  • have completed at least two years of a medical course elsewhere;
  • have permission to intercalate at Imperial for your BSc from your home institution; and
  • will be able to return to your home institution and resume studies on your course there after completing the BSc at Imperial
