Parents Network - all parents are invited to informal networking meetings. Here you will have the opportunity to meet other parents across Imperial in a similar situation to yourself to chat and provide each other with mutual support. HR will be present to answer any questions in relation to maternity, paternity and shared parental leave. Working parents, preparing for parental leave and new expecting partners workshops – these workshops look at both the practical and emotional aspects to enable you to develop in your career through effective planning and communication.
