Process Outcome Designers (PODs) are responsible for working collaboratively with our delivery partner, Namos, and colleagues across Imperial to design the processes to be delivered in our Oracle Cloud system. They are drawn from a range of areas across the university, bringing experience and context from academic and professional services departments, to deliver the outcomes needed to deliver great service to our students and colleagues.
