Moira leads the FoNS EdTech Lab and has supported Natural Sciences staff using technology in their teaching since 2003. She works with other teams across college, in particular ICT and other faculty EdTech Labs, to make sure appropriate technologies are in place to support teaching and learning.

Kiran is responsible for supporting learning analytics activities across the Faculty. She works closely with central departments to ensure that legal, ethical and technical requirements are met. She conducts programme-level analytics and provides advice and support on analyses at a module-level.

Arthur is responsible for delivery of online learning activities and experiences. He oversees the deployment, support and structure of the Faculty’s College-supported learning technologies. He also works closely with ICT to ensure that availability and delivery of technology is optimised.

Chiandra Jayasekera

Chiandra leads on learning design and pedagogic transformation, helping staff to develop new learning activities and experiences and implement changes in their modules. She works on learning design, scoping and managing projects, and finding innovative pedagogical practices for online and on campus programmes.

Jixuan works in the delivery functional area of the team. Her daily work involves supporting the delivery of both UG and PG courses across the five departments in the Faculty, while also dealing with enquiries about the digital education tools that are currently in use at College.

Liza works in the delivery functional area of the team. She provides advice and support to academic and professional staff in the use of teaching/learning tools and works on college-wide projects in the selection of these.

Dorian Guzu

Dorian's role involves several key responsibilities centered around setting up and managing educational and automation environments. Primarily, he sets up lab environments, configuring Docker-based Jupyter Notebook interfaces to support programming courses in Python and R Studio. Additionally, he is responsible for automating processes, including gathering examination information from an Excel spreadsheet stored in SharePoint using Power Query. This automation streamlines data collection and management for examinations.

Mishaal's work is focused on extending assessment data analytics capabilities. In her role, she supports the planning, delivery, review of creating new data capabilities and maintaining existing ones. Additionally, she also supports the design and delivery of the fully online Machine Learning & Data Science programme.

Lola is representing FoNS as a part of the Digital Education Platform Project with a focus on the selection and implementation of a new LMS platform. She works closely with other Ed Tech labs, department education offices, and ICT, whilst also providing training and support for educators to help optimize the use of technology to enhance the teaching and learning experience for staff and students within FoNS.

Nina Williams

Nina’s role is to support the successful selection, implementation, and adoption of a new LMS platform as part of the wider project team. She is involved in a range of activities throughout the lifecycle of the project with a focus on enhancing student experience and supporting staff in the delivery of high-quality and equitable teaching.

Niels joined the Faculty in 2015. As the Faculty’s AV Support Manager, Niels works closely with the Faculty’s Education Coordinator, Operations Officer, Learning Technologists and other partners, to provide direct AV support to teaching and learning activities within departments.
