Bursaries

Friday 30th May - Deadline for bursary applications
Friday 13th June - Decision made about bursary applications

A limited number of bursaries will be made available to students attending MSSC2014. These will consist of waiving registration fees for the conference (£155). Bursaries will not cover accommodation during MSSC2014 or travel costs. If you have included accommodation in your registration, and you are awarded a bursary, you will still be required to pay for your accommodation.

If you would like to apply for a bursary please forward the two documents below to the Workshop Organiser, Dr Giuseppe Mallia:

  1. A letter from yourself justifying your requirements for a bursary.
  2. A letter of support for your bursary application from your supervisor

The limited funds available for bursaries will be divided amongst successful applicants following the deadline for applications on Friday 30th May.

Payment

Workshop Registration

Two registration fees are in operation for MSSC2014.

  • EARLY BIRD Registration - £155   Friday 30th June- Deadline for payment of early bird fees
  • STANDARD Registration - £205  Thursday 31st July - Deadline for payment of standard fees
  • STANDARD Registration - £205  Thursday 31st August - Extended deadline for payment of standard fees

Failure to pay registration fees by the designated date may result in your place at MSSC2014 being withdrawn.

Accommodation

A limited number of rooms have been reserved at Imperial College’s Beit Hall. Accommodation is charged at £56.65 per night inclusive of breakfast and when selected, the costs will be added to your fees.
