Orignally from China, I have majored in chemical engineering, having been awarded a Masters of Science degree in 2017 from the National University of Singapore and Bachelor of engineering from the University of Manchester. Recently, I finished an internship program offered by the HuiZhou University as a research assistant, but had difficulties due to my lack of chemistry knowledge, which is the reason why the MRes here at IMSE was so attractive to me. Personally, accessing more knowledge in chemistry field allows me to dig more into the world of chemical engineering. When I finish the course, I would prefer to work in industry and gain some working experience.
