What is Collaborating for Quality?
Collaborating for Quality (CQ) is a series of interactive seminars organised by our Centre, the NIHR Imperial Patient Safety Translational Research Centre and the Quality Improvement Team at Imperial College Healthcare NHS Trust.
The series aims to bring together healthcare stakeholders to develop innovative interventions to improve the quality and safety of care.
What does CQ seek to achieve?
Each session in the series includes a speaker presenting one main intervention with an engaging group activity. Past sessions include topics such as ‘big rooms’, which follows big data insights on transitions of care, and behavioural interventions for clinician burnout. For speakers, CQ provides a space to inform stakeholders about their latest quality improvement (QI) interventions, which are either in development or in practice. Through interactive exercises, presenters engage CQ attendees in a collaborative group activity to gain research, feedback and connections to further develop their interventions.
Our sessions are for any health stakeholders, including QI leaders, healthcare managers, clinicians, patients and researchers. The sessions are currently on hold, however, any updates will be added here if this changes. Previous recordings can also be found on this webpage, below.
