Institute's Mission

At the Institute of Clinical Sciences we work in partnership with the MRC Laboratory of Medical Sciences (LMS) and with colleagues across Imperial College London to achieve our four-part mission:

• To be at the forefront of innovative biomedical research, including the development of core competencies
• To work in partnership with Imperial College London and others, to promote the translation of its research for maximum benefit
• To train and mentor the next generation of leading clinical and non-clinical scientists
• To enhance the public’s interest, understanding and trust in Science
