Haemato-Oncology

  • Multiple Myeloma: First in man clinical development of GADDβ45 inhibitor.
  • Pre-clinical development of GCN2 and PBX1 inhibitors
  • HTLV-1 adult T cell lymphoma: Clinical development of anti-CCR4 Ab for treatment of pre-malignant ATL
  • Clinical and pre-clinical development of iNKT cell-based immunotherapy
  • Stem cell transplantation and cellular immunotherapy (point of care CAR-T immunotherapy).

Red cell haematology and Immunohaematology

  • Haemoglobinopathies and Thalassaemias: Gene therapy including gene editing
  • Hereditary haemolytic anaemias: Novel allosteric glycolytic enzyme modulators
  • Immune thrombocytopenia: Novel immunomodulating small molecules.

Thrombosis and Haemostasis

  • Discovery and pre-clinical developments of raft of mAbs as novel anti-coagulations
