Five teams presented their ideas at a networking event held on 16 March called ‘Meet the Cleantech Pioneers’. We joined up with the Grantham Institute’s Centre for Cleantech Innovation (which runs the Climate-KIC accelerator programme) to celebrate the programmes conclusion and also the success of the Climate-KIC accelerator.
Hosted at Imperial's new Translation and Innovaition Hub (I-HUB), the event hosted 200 delegates interested in sustainable development and cleantech including investors, entrepreneurs and academics, as well as attendees from NGOs, policy and the charity sector. This was a fantastic opportunity for the students to reconnect with those who had spoken on the programme and meet with successful start-ups.
