Take time for yourself this December and January with three calming sessions of gentle movement and guided meditation, open to everyone—no prior experience required.
Each session begins with mindful movement to help you connect with your body and settle into the present moment. This is followed by a guided meditation using basic mindfulness techniques.
We’ll provide cushions and chairs and can guide you in finding a posture that feels most comfortable. All abilities are welcome, and adjustments can be made to suit your needs.
