Daffodils in bloom

Help support biodiversity by planting bulbs at Imperial! Flowering bulbs are a vital source of nectar and pollen for insects, especially early in spring when other plants are not yet blooming. By joining Head Gardener Lucy, you’ll be creating a brighter, more biodiverse future.

Everyone is welcome, from gardening beginners to seasoned pros, guidance and equipment will be provided. For those with reduced mobility, seated planting options are available.

Wear things you don’t mind getting muddy and bring a change of clothes if needed. Refreshments, lockers, and showers will be available for your convenience.

Sessions will take place at the South Kensington campus, with exact locations confirmed based on planting needs. These are drop-in events, so feel free to join anytime, even for a short visit—every little bit helps!

This initiative is being run by Move Imperial and Property Division and supported by Imperial College Union.
