Title: An Introduction to Lagrangian Torus Fibrations

Abstract: After recapping some symplectic geometry, this talk will give an introduction to Lagrangian torus fibrations. As well as being hands-on to help people get comfortable with computations in differential geometry, the talk will also be a primer for people who go on to learn about SYZ mirror symmetry and/or toric varieties.

Some snacks will be provided before and after the talk.
