Professor Frank Kelly has been invited as Keynote Speaker at the 4th Memorial Lecture for Tony Lynes.
Tony thought climate change was the most important issue for humanity many years ago, Professor Kelly’s lecture will therefore focus on the story of, ‘London’s Air Pollution Story: From pea soup smog to an ultra-low emission city.
