Join us on 18 July for our third event as part of the new Data & AI 4 Climate Lab – a new interdisciplinary group that brings together data, AI and climate experts from around Imperial, hosted by the Data Science Institute and the Grantham Institute.
Responding to two opportunities for research funding in the area of AI and climate, we would like to invite interested AI and climate researchers to this research idea and proposal workshop. The aim of the workshop is to provide a space for AI and climate researchers to meet and start developing research ideas.
The workshop will launch have an internal funding competition for:
- a fully funded PhD studentship or
- 1-year PDRA position,
and also supports and encourages participants with larger ideas to consider submitting a proposal to the Bezos Earth Fund AI for Climate and Nature Initiative.
