We are delighted to have Professor Jacqui Shaw. Jacqui is the Head of the Department of Genetics and Genome Biology at the University of Leicester and co-leads their new NIHR BRC Cancer Theme. She has worked with Charles Coombes developing blood-based tests for breast cancer for more than 25 years, where they have published several first in field studies and also leads on this area for the TRACERx trial in non-small cell lung cancer. She also leads the cfDNA advisor group for the 100.000 Genomes Project with Genomics England. In the talk she will describe some of their work profiling circulating tumour DNA and circulating tumour cells in patients with breast cancer.
