Video Production
Livestreaming is one of our most popular packages, being flexible for your event and broadcasting to multiple locations (including YouTube, Vimeo, Teams & Zoom). For smaller events, we have our new Hybrid Conference Package too. We are here to help and take the stress away.

Exhibitions

Please email roomsandcatering@imperial.ac.uk or technical.events@imperial.ac.uk with your event date and location plus some details around what technical support you would require. If you are unsure what support you need, just let us know and we will contact you to work out your requirements.
We’re an at-cost service and depending on equipment availability, prices range. Please reach out to us for a quote. For some idea, costs for a Speaker System & Microphone cost around £150 per day. Our Video Streaming Package (with staffing) will cost around £1,500 per day.
