We want to provide our students with a range of skills which enable them to support their own wellbeing and help them manage some of the challenges they may face during their studies.
Each of the training sessions outlined below aims to be short (1 hour for Undergraduates and Postgraduate Taught students, up to half a day for PhD students) and deliverable to large groups of students.
This page will be updated with new training opportunities in due course. If you have an idea or training request, please email Komal Patel.
