Abstract Submission Guidelines for IEPC 2025

Abstract Submission Process

Abstracts must be submitted online via the Oxford Abstracts platform.

  1. Account Creation: If this is your first time using the platform, you will need to sign up using the email address where you wish to receive notifications.
  2. Important Notifications: Ensure that the registered email address is one you check regularly, as all conference-related updates will be sent to this address.

Review Criteria

The review process places notable weight on the originality and innovativeness of the submissions, as well as the clarity of the abstract in describing the work to be presented.

Please ensure that you select the most appropriate topic category for your work from the conference topics listed above. This ensures your submission is reviewed by the technical committee experts best suited to evaluate your work.

Submission Confirmation and Review Outcome

  • All submitters will receive a confirmation email after their abstract is successfully submitted.
  • Abstracts can be modified and/or submission information updated at any time before the submission deadline (1 March 2025).
  • Notifications of acceptance will be sent by the end of May 2025.

Submission and Presentation Limits

Individuals are welcome to submit as many abstracts as they wish. However, please note that each person registering for the conference can only present a maximum of three papers. When assigning the presenting author during the abstract submission process, please consider this limitation.

Formatting Requirements

Please use the official abstract templates provided. Using the designated templates ensures a smoother review process and helps maintain consistency across submissions.

The maximum length for the abstracts is two pages.

Accessibility and Special Requirements

When filling out the abstract submission form, please indicate any accessibility needs or special dietary requirements for the conference.

Additional Information

All submitted abstracts will undergo a peer-review process by the conference’s technical committee.

Authors of the accepted abstracts will be invited to submit full-length papers and/or posters.
