Work to develop clean fossil fuels is vital for the UK to ensure that its energy supply is affordable and secure as the country tries to minimize climate change. Scientists and engineers at Imperial are developing a diverse range of approaches and technologies that will be needed to minimise emissions of carbon dioxide, a greenhouse gas, from the use of fossil fuels over the coming few decades.
