Olivia Azadegan, Energy Transition Director, Clean Air Task Force Europe, Middle East, and North Africa (MENA)
Olivia Azadegan serves as Clean Air Task Force’s Europe, Middle East, and North Africa (MENA) Energy Transition Director. Olivia supports the development of integrated policies for the facilitation of Zero Carbon Fuels (ZCF) markets and related capital flows. Olivia primarily focuses on CATF’s Carbon Capture, Removal, and Storage (CCS) and ZCF programmes across Europe and the Middle East.
Prior to CATF, Olivia spent five years working in finance across London and New York. In her banking career at Barclays Private Bank, she managed relationships and accounts for clients in the Asia region. Olivia has worked in financial news and data roles for S&P Global, Thomson Reuters and The Financial Times’ fDi magazine.
Olivia holds a Masters in Public Policy from the London School of Economics.
Claire Miller, Director of Technology and Innovation, Octopus Electrical Vehicles
Claire Miller is Director of Technology and Innovation at Octopus Electric Vehicles (OEV), part of the Octopus Energy Group. Claire is passionate about solving real world problems, delivering new technologies to market and, most importantly, into the hands of users to make a positive impact on the world around us. She works at the cutting edge of EV adoption, energy tech, and the smart connected grid, including the Powerloop vehicle to grid (V2G) project which she led from January 2019. Claire has a Masters in Mechanical Engineering from Imperial College London. In 2022 she has been recognised as one of the 30 leaders ‘most likely to usher the automotive industry to its electrified future’ by Business Insider, a finalist in Autocar’s Great Women in the British Car Industry, and a Top Woman in EV Technology by the EV Summit.
