Replying to your offer
You have 28 days to reply to your offer. If you do not reply within 28 days the offer is withdrawn and your application closed.
If you accept our offer you will be sent an invoice for a fee deposit of 10% of tuition fees. You have 28 days in which to pay the deposit. If you do not pay within 28 days the offer is withdrawn and your application closed. If you need an extension to the deposit deadline please email eee.pgadmissions@imperial.ac.uk
Your record on Student e-Service will show the all of the offer conditions that you need to meet.
Missed offer conditions
If you have not met your offer conditions we will reconsider your application. To do this we need to see your transcript showing your module marks and overall degree result.
Once we have received your transcript, your application will be sent to the selection committee who will reconsider your application and see if we can accept you with the lower mark.
We should be able to let you have the final decision by mid- to late-August. We will try to make these decisions as quickly as possible because we are aware that students need to apply for visas and this takes time.
