Materials synthesis - integrated with high temperature annealing

  • Liquid handling tools with 4 individual channels, accommodating volumes ranging from 1 ml to 25 ml.
  • A fine dosing gravimetric dispensing unit with a range of 5 mg to 20 g and a resolution of 0.1 mg.
  • Sample reagent rack capable of accommodating 30 x 60 mL vials.
  • Autoclaves comprise 6 x 100 mL vessels, each equipped with individual mixing, heating, and cooling capabilities spanning from -45 °C to 250 °C, along with various gas supplies featuring individual pressure control (< 100 bar).
  • A 5-axis robotic arm for enhanced automation and flexibility.
  • Integration with a high-temperature furnace capable of reaching temperatures up to 1550 °C.
