Equality training courses
The EDI Centre offer a range of diversity and inclusion training throughout the academic year. Our aim is to raise awareness of key diversity and inclusion topics, and to ensure Imperial's staff are able to apply and embed these values in their work. Training dates are released at the start of October.
Our EDI Centre courses are designed to follow as a pathway:
- Start with the foundation of what you need to know - raising awareness
- Take the next steps - championing EDI
- Specific courses for managers and supervisors
- Specific courses as personal development for groups of staff who may face additional barriers
