'How to Thrive' was created by renowned wellbeing expert Marie McLeod, who delivers the content in easy-to-follow short (one to three-minute) videos. Dr Andrea Giraldez-Hayes, an academic, chartered psychologist, and psychotherapist, will deliver the drop-in community-building sessions.
By the end of the programme, participants will:

  • Understand the key concepts and theories underpinning positive psychology, wellbeing, and neuroscience.
  • Develop the skills necessary to foster your wellbeing and build deeper connections with others.
