Overview
With 76% of employees and 96% of leaders experiencing burnout at some point in their careers, it seems obvious that preventing burnout is a priority for all – but how?
Drawing on the latest pioneering research, this session will demystify burnout and introduce the key factors contributing to sustainable performance and wellbeing, including our emotional awareness, strengths and values, and connections with others.
By the end of the session, participants will:
- Learn how to spot the signs of burnout early, take action to prevent it and bounce back when feeling depleted.
- Learn practical tools to improve mental fitness over the long term.
