Overview
People and Organisational Development are working with the PAAN group to provide a structured development programme, which is designed to provide members of the network with opportunities to learn new skills, share existing knowledge with colleagues, and even (as an optional element if you are interested), achieve an apprenticeship qualification.
This programme, which has been put together with input from the PAAN group, consists of several elements that are directly relevant to PAAN members.
Please see the three stages of the development programme:

Continuing development
Participation in the programme would involve PAAN group members attending all elements of the first two sections within 18 months and participating in 2 action learning sets (in part three of the programme) during the year.
Doing so would entitle them to be awarded a certificate of completion of the programme, which could be used to evidence their development, for ARC conversations or for supporting evidence for future job applications.
Participants could also join the Imperial Mentoring Scheme and undertake an Apprenticeship (if appropriate).
