Overview
This workshop is designed to provide participants with useful strategies for enhancing the service they provide to others.
The workshop will allow us to reflect on what we do well in this area and identify strategies to manage difficult customer service situations more effectively. After the course, participants will feel empowered to apply what they have learned in practice.
