POD Festival 2024! Were you there?
The People & Organisational Development team was delighted to host their annual POD Festival on 18 September 2024. It was a day of celebrating our professional growth and development. It was also a day to launch our offer for the new academic year 2024-2025 with an increased focus on the wellbeing of the Imperial community, supporting our managers and leaders, and managing careers.
With a variety of Masterclasses, a coaching clinic, interactive quizzes, and sweet treats at the centre stage, the POD Festival brought together different staff groups from across Imperial by encouraging networking. People enjoyed finding out more about developmental opportunities available at Imperial, reflecting on the qualities of their best bosses, thinking about their wellbeing priorities, and creating new links and connections.
POD offers a wide variety of developmental options, including Consultancy support for Change Management, Leadership Development, Safety courses, Wellbeing at Work, Professional development through Core Skills, Management Development, Mentoring, Coaching, and Micro-Development, and bespoke leadership support for Department and Section Heads.
