The teaching and learning of languages is a key activity within the Centre for Languages, Culture and Communication (CLCC) at Imperial College London.

Languages is one of three Imperial Horizons fields of study with language-learning open to Imperial undergraduate students, alongside, or as part of their degree, through the Imperial Horizons and I-Explore programmes.

We offer ten languages at a range of proficiency levels. Our modules are in-depth: taught two hours per week for 20 weeks in the Horizons teaching slots.

Languages are also taught as part of CLCC's Imperial after:hours programme, with up to 12 languages available to students, staff and the public in evening and daytime sessions.
