What to expect?

We have a fantastic panel on the theme Diverse by Design: Transforming Recruitment & Culture in CleanTech, moderated by Liana Fricker, Head of New Ventures & Founder Inspiration Space with:
  • Danna Walker, Founder & CEO of Built By Us

  • Samson Olagbami, DEI Specialist & Contributor at a Global Corporation and London HE

  • Shruti Iyengar, Co-founder of Climate Mosaic & Investment Manager, Future Planet Capital

Guiding us on building inclusive recruitment and leadership strategies for startups in clean tech space, the panel will be followed by an interactive workshop on Building Future-Fit Teams Challenge with Liana Fricker. Drawing on strategies from leaders like GCHQ, IBM, and Atlassian, this session will demonstrate how diverse hiring and flexible team structures can fuel resilience and innovation. Through case studies, actionable steps, and interactive exercises, we challenge founders to adopt a “future-fit” approach to team-building, specifically within the CleanTech and Low Carbon Environmental Goods and Services (LCEGS) sectors.
